About H.R.A.

Brian Holland-Rose is a long term member of The Guild of Professional English Butlers and represents the Guild’s interests on the west coast of the United States, he is also a Member of the Guild of International Butlers. Having worked in the fast-paced and highly technical Live Events industry both as a director and senior executive, Brian made a career move into the equally demanding world of personal service, bringing with him a wealth of communication experience.

Holland-Rose Associates was formed with one aim, to provide the highest quality training for those people involved in Domestic Service and to create a lasting, international benchmark, to which domestic professionals can aspire.

Our philosophy is one of excellence and integrity. We encourage our students to be inquisitive, to think for themselves, to love the learning process and become an asset to any household.
